Change your WeConectus password

What to know before you change your password

  • To help keep your account safe, you can only reset your password a certain number of times a day.
  • If you don't remember your current password, you can select Forgot your password? to get a reset link sent to your email. If you can't access the email address on your account, you can learn how to recover your account without email access.
  • If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you won’t be able to use the same mobile phone number that you use for two-factor authentication to reset your password. You'll need to add a different mobile phone number or email address to your account.
  1. Log into your WeConectus account.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right, then click Settings & privacy.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Accounts Center and select Password and security. If you don't see Accounts Center, select Password and security.
  5. Click Change password, then click the account you'd like to update.
    • If you remember your password: Enter your current password and new password.
    • If you don’t remember your password: Select Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password and can't log in

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
