Change your WeConectus password
What to know before you change your password
- To help keep your account safe, you can only reset your password a certain number of times a day.
- If you don't remember your current password, you can select Forgot your password? to get a reset link sent to your email. If you can't access the email address on your account, you can learn how to recover your account without email access.
- If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you won’t be able to use the same mobile phone number that you use for two-factor authentication to reset your password. You'll need to add a different mobile phone number or email address to your account.
- Log into your WeConectus account.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right, then click Settings & privacy.
- Click
Settings.
- Click Accounts Center and select Password and security. If you don't see Accounts Center, select Password and security.
- Click Change password, then click the account you'd like to update.
- If you remember your password: Enter your current password and new password.
- If you don’t remember your password: Select Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password and can't log in
- On the login screen, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
