WeConectus Terms of Service

1. Welcome to WeConectus
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WeConectus LLC, doing business as WeConectus ("WeConectus," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the WeConectus website, mobile applications, online services, features, products, communities, marketplace, courses, communication tools, and other services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, registering for, downloading, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
If you use WeConectus on behalf of a business, organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that circumstance, "you" includes both you and the entity you represent.
2. Changes to These Terms
WeConectus may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or through another reasonable method. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms will also be updated.
Your continued access to or use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and, where applicable, close your account.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
WeConectus is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, unless a different minimum age is required by applicable law.
You may not create or use a WeConectus account if you are under 13.
If you are a minor under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use WeConectus only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Services and for determining whether WeConectus is appropriate for them.
You agree not to misrepresent your age or identity when creating or using an account.
WeConectus may take reasonable steps to verify age or eligibility when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect users.
WeConectus does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. Where applicable, WeConectus will comply with legal requirements relating to children's privacy and parental consent. Federal law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), may impose additional requirements when an online service collects personal information from children under 13.
4. Creating a WeConectus Account
Certain features may require you to create an account.
When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

Protecting your account credentials;

Monitoring activity occurring through your account;

Immediately notifying WeConectus if you believe your account has been compromised; and

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
You may not create an account using another person's identity without authorization.
You may not create accounts through automated means, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, modify, reclaim, or remove usernames that violate these Terms or that we determine are misleading, offensive, impersonating, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. WeConectus Services
WeConectus is a digital social networking platform that may provide features including, but not limited to:

Posts and discussions;

Photos and images;

Reels;

Stories;

Audio;

Messaging;

Digital products;

Creator tools;

Search and discovery;
-
Advertising;
-
Reviews and ratings;
-
Content recommendations;
-
Notifications;
-
Promotional features; and

Other features that may be introduced or discontinued over time.
Features may vary depending on your account, membership level, location, device, operating system, applicable laws, or other factors.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. User Content
WeConectus allows users to create, upload, post, publish, transmit, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content.
This may include:

Text;

Posts;
-
Comments;
-
Photos;
-
Images;
-
Videos;
-
Reels;
-
Stories;
-
Audio;
-
Music;
-
Files;
-
Reviews;
-
Course materials;
-
Marketplace listings;
-
Graphics;
-
Links;
-
Messages;
-
Profiles;
-
Livestreams;
-
Creative works; and
-
Other materials.
All such materials are referred to as "User Content."
You retain ownership of User Content that you legally own.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit or publish through WeConectus.
7. License to WeConectus
By submitting User Content to WeConectus, you grant WeConectus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, distribute, and technically modify your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the Services.
This license may include:

Storing your content on our servers;

Displaying your content to users according to your privacy settings;

Processing content for technical purposes;
-
Creating necessary technical copies;
-
Formatting content for different devices;
-
Delivering content through our Services;
-
Moderating content;
-
Backing up content; and
-
Promoting WeConectus or the Services where permitted by your settings and applicable law.
This license does not mean that WeConectus owns your User Content.
You retain ownership of your original User Content, subject to the rights you grant under these Terms.
You may remove User Content from the Services, subject to technical limitations, legal requirements, contractual obligations, and circumstances where copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, or other systems.
8. Your Responsibility for User Content
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use it;

Your content does not violate another person's intellectual property rights;

Your content does not violate privacy or publicity rights;

Your content is not knowingly false or misleading;

Your content does not violate applicable laws;

Your content does not contain unlawful material;

Your content does not contain malware or malicious code;

Your content does not constitute unauthorized advertising or spam;

Your content does not unlawfully exploit or endanger minors;

You have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable individuals appearing in your content where required by law; and

Your content complies with these Terms and our applicable policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable law.
9. Content Standards and Community Safety
WeConectus is designed to provide a safe and productive environment for users.
You may not use the Services to publish, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

Is unlawful;

Promotes criminal activity;

Threatens or encourages violence;
-
Encourages self-harm;
-
Exploits or sexualizes minors;
-
Contains child sexual abuse material;
-
Promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
-
Contains non-consensual sexual content;
-
Harasses or threatens another person;
-
Encourages targeted abuse;
-
Doxes or exposes another person's private information;
-
Impersonates another person or organization;
-
Fraudulently misrepresents products or services;
-
Contains malicious software;
-
Facilitates fraud or scams;
-
Violates intellectual property rights;
-
Contains unauthorized personal information;
-
Constitutes spam;
-
Manipulates platform systems;
-
Attempts to evade moderation;
-
Encourages illegal drug activity;
-
Promotes unlawful weapons activity;
-
Contains unlawful sexual material; or
-
Otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.
WeConectus may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
10. Adult and Sexual Content
WeConectus does not permit sexually explicit content or pornography.
You may not post, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

Displays explicit sexual activity;
-
Depicts sexual intercourse or explicit sexual acts;
-
Sexually exploits or sexualizes minors;
-
Displays sexual abuse or non-consensual sexual activity;
-
Promotes sexual exploitation;
-
Contains explicit sexual solicitation; or
-
Is otherwise unlawful or sexually explicit.
Nudity may be restricted depending on context.
We may allow limited non-explicit nudity or artistic, educational, medical, documentary, or health-related material when permitted by our policies and applicable law.
Examples may include:

Medical or educational materials;
-
Breastfeeding;
-
Post-mastectomy imagery;
-
Classical or contemporary artwork; and
-
Other legitimate educational or documentary contexts.
WeConectus reserves the right to remove content when the context cannot be reasonably verified or when removal is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform standards.
11. Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse
WeConectus does not permit harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
You may not use the Services to repeatedly contact someone after they have asked you to stop, threaten another person, encourage others to harass someone, or coordinate abusive behavior.
Users may report suspected violations through available reporting tools.
WeConectus may take action including:

Removing content;

Limiting account functionality;
-
Restricting messaging;
-
Suspending an account;
-
Permanently terminating an account; or
-
Referring matters to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.
12. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;

Use another person's account without authorization;

Impersonate another person;
-
Create fraudulent accounts;

Sell, rent, or transfer your account;

Harvest usernames, email addresses, or other user information without authorization;

Scrape or systematically collect platform data without written permission;

Use bots or automated systems without authorization;
-
Circumvent security measures;
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access;
-
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code;
-
Interfere with the operation of the Services;
-
Overload or place unreasonable demands on our systems;
-
Reverse engineer the Services except where legally permitted;
-
Copy or reproduce proprietary software;
-
Attempt to bypass access restrictions;
-
Manipulate engagement metrics;
-
Use fake accounts to artificially increase views, followers, likes, ratings, or other metrics;

Spam users;
-
Send unauthorized commercial messages;
-
Conduct fraudulent transactions;
-
Use the Services for illegal commercial activity;
-
Use WeConectus to facilitate scams or fraud;
-
Collect personal information for unlawful purposes;
-
Exploit vulnerabilities in the Services;
-
Circumvent moderation or enforcement measures;
-
Upload content designed to interfere with another user's device;
-
Use the Services to compete unfairly with WeConectus through unauthorized data collection; or
-
Encourage other users to violate these Terms.
13. Messaging, Voice, and Video Communications
WeConectus may provide messaging, voice calling, video calling, or other communication features.
You are responsible for your communications with other users.
You may not use communication features to:

Harass or threaten another person;
-
Send spam;
-
Conduct fraud;
-
Distribute unlawful material;
-
Send unsolicited commercial communications;
-
Distribute malware;
-
Exploit minors; or
-
Otherwise violate these Terms.
You should use appropriate caution when communicating with people you do not know.
WeConectus does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or conduct of any user.
14. Marketplace
WeConectus may provide a Marketplace where users, creators, businesses, or other sellers can offer products or services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, WeConectus is not the seller of products or services offered by independent third-party sellers.
Sellers are responsible for:

Their listings;

Product descriptions;
-
Pricing;
-
Availability;
-
Taxes;
-
Shipping or delivery;
-
Refund obligations;
-
Customer service;
-
Compliance with applicable law; and
-
The products or services they provide.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before completing a transaction.
WeConectus may remove listings that violate applicable law, marketplace policies, these Terms, or our safety requirements.
Additional marketplace terms, seller requirements, payment terms, refund policies, or transaction policies may apply.
15. Payments, Memberships, and Subscriptions
Certain WeConectus features may require payment, including memberships, subscriptions, digital products, courses, promotional services, or other paid features.
Before completing a purchase, you will be provided with applicable pricing and billing information.
You authorize WeConectus or its authorized payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
Unless otherwise stated:

Fees are charged in accordance with the applicable purchase terms;

Paid services may automatically renew if clearly disclosed at enrollment;

Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily result in a refund for a previously charged period;

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable purchase or refund policy and applicable law; and

Third-party payment processors may impose additional terms.
WeConectus does not store complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor, except as otherwise disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
16. Courses and Educational Content
WeConectus may provide courses, tutorials, educational materials, videos, and other learning resources.
Course creators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course materials.
WeConectus does not guarantee that completing a course will result in employment, certification, income, business success, or any particular outcome.
Educational materials are provided for informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
17. Reviews and Ratings
WeConectus may permit users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback.
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences.
You may not:

Post fake reviews;

Purchase or sell reviews;

Review a business without a legitimate basis;

Post reviews on behalf of another person;

Use reviews to harass someone;

Make knowingly false statements;

Manipulate ratings;

Use reviews to threaten or extort another user or business.
WeConectus may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
18. Intellectual Property
The WeConectus Services and their original content, features, functionality, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to WeConectus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The name WeConectus, associated logos, branding, designs, and other marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Modify;

Reproduce;

Distribute;

Sell;
-
License;

Publish;

Reverse engineer;

Create derivative works from; or
-
Exploit
any portion of the Services or WeConectus intellectual property without our prior written authorization.
19. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices
We respect the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe content available through WeConectus infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification containing sufficient information for us to evaluate the claim.
Where applicable, WeConectus may process valid copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.
A copyright notification should generally identify:

The copyrighted work allegedly infringed;

The allegedly infringing material;
-
Information sufficient to locate the material;
-
Your contact information;
-
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate; and

Your physical or electronic signature.
Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, products, services, payment processors, advertisements, or other resources.
WeConectus does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their:

Content;

Availability;
-
Privacy practices;
-
Security;
-
Products;
-
Services;
-
Policies; or
-
Business practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.
You access third-party services at your own risk.
21. Advertising
WeConectus may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotions, or other commercial material.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their advertisements.
WeConectus does not necessarily endorse products, services, companies, or claims appearing in advertisements.
You should independently evaluate any product or service before making a purchase.
22. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

23. Platform Moderation
WeConectus is not obligated to monitor every piece of content posted by users.
However, we reserve the right to:

Review reported content;

Remove content;
-
Restrict content visibility;

Restrict features;
-
Suspend accounts;
-
Terminate accounts;
-
Restrict access;
-
Block abusive activity;
-
Preserve information where appropriate; and
-
Cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities when legally required or appropriate.
We may take action based on violations of these Terms, applicable law, platform safety, fraud prevention, security concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or removed.
24. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using WeConectus at any time.
WeConectus may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that:

You violated these Terms;

You violated applicable law;

Your account presents a security risk;

Your account is involved in fraud or abuse;

Your activity threatens other users;
-
Your activity threatens the integrity of the Services;

You provided false registration information;
-
You attempted to circumvent enforcement;

Your account was used for unauthorized activity; or
-
Termination is otherwise necessary to protect WeConectus, its users, or third parties.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice before termination. However, we may immediately restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the Services, or comply with legal obligations.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
25. Account Deletion and User Content
When you delete your account, certain information and User Content may be deleted or made inaccessible.
However, deletion may not be immediate in every system.
Copies may remain temporarily in:

Backups;

Security systems;
-
Disaster-recovery systems;
-
Legal records;
-
Fraud-prevention systems; or
-
Other systems where retention is reasonably necessary.
We may also retain information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to enforce our rights, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
26. Service Availability
WeConectus is provided on an evolving basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will:

Always be available;

Operate without interruption;

Be error-free;
-
Be secure at all times;

Be compatible with every device;
-
Remain unchanged;
-
Be available in every location; or
-
Always contain every feature currently offered.
We may perform maintenance, upgrades, security updates, migrations, or other technical work that temporarily affects availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services.
27. No Guarantee of Results
WeConectus provides tools and opportunities for networking, content creation, audience development, learning, promotion, and digital commerce.
However, WeConectus does not guarantee that your use of the Services will result in:

Followers;
-
Views;
-
Likes;
-
Sales;
-
Revenue;
-
Employment;
-
Business opportunities;
-
Partnerships;
-
Customers;
-
Audience growth; or
-
Any particular financial or personal result.
Individual results depend on many factors outside of our control.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;

THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
-
CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE;

USER CONTENT WILL BE RELIABLE;

THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE FROM EVERY POSSIBLE THREAT;

DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED; OR
-
THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS.
29. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WECONectus LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WEConectus FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
-
$100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
30. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeConectus LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

Your User Content;

Your use of the Services;
-
Your violation of these Terms;
-
Your violation of applicable law;
-
Your violation of another person's rights;
-
Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity; or
-
Your violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control over the defense of any matter subject to indemnification.
31. Electronic Communications
By using WeConectus, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
These communications may include:

Account notifications;
-
Security alerts;
-
Transaction confirmations;
-
Service announcements;
-
Policy updates;
-
Customer support communications;
-
Legal notices; and
-
Other communications related to your use of the Services.
Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing where permitted by applicable law.
You agree to the use of electronic contracts, records, signatures, and notices.
32. Mobile Applications
WeConectus may offer mobile applications through third-party app stores, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Your use of a mobile application is also subject to the applicable app store's terms and policies.
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer the application;
-
Decompile the application;
-
Disassemble the application;
-
Attempt to extract source code;
-
Modify the application;
-
Circumvent security features;
-
Redistribute the application without authorization; or
-
Use the application for unlawful purposes.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support for the Services except as required under their applicable terms.
33. International Users
WeConectus is operated from the United States.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
You acknowledge that information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where WeConectus or its service providers operate.
34. Compliance With Applicable Laws
You agree to use WeConectus only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services in violation of applicable federal, state, local, or international laws.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services complies with laws applicable to you.
35. Government Requests and Legal Compliance
WeConectus may preserve, disclose, or provide information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

Comply with applicable law;

Respond to valid legal process;

Protect the rights or property of WeConectus;
-
Protect users or the public;
-
Investigate fraud;
-
Prevent abuse;

Address security threats; or

Comply with a governmental or law-enforcement request.
Nothing in these Terms prevents WeConectus from exercising rights available under applicable law.
36. Corrections
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, pricing errors, availability errors, or other mistakes.
WeConectus reserves the right to correct, update, modify, or remove information at any time.
37. Force Majeure
WeConectus will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters;

Internet outages;
-
Telecommunications failures;
-
Cyberattacks;
-
Government actions;
-
Labor disputes;
-
Power failures;
-
Hardware failures;
-
Software failures;
-
Third-party service interruptions; or
-
Other events beyond our reasonable control.
38. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
39. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact WeConectus and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
You may contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue any remedies available under applicable law, subject to any arbitration agreement or other dispute-resolution provisions that may be separately presented to you and legally enforceable.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where permitted by law.
40. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute between you and WeConectus must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
42. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
43. Assignment
WeConectus may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, financing transaction, or other business transaction.
