This Creator Monetization Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between WeConectus (“Platform,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity registering as a WCU Digital Creator (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”).

By enabling monetization features on WeConectus, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in monetization features.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain updated account information at all times.

1.3 The Platform reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate monetization access at its sole discretion.

2. Monetization Services

2.1 WeConectus provides tools that allow Creators to:

• Receive voluntary “Tips” from users.

• Sell digital products or content, where applicable.

• Offer exclusive or premium content, where enabled.

2.2 The Platform acts solely as a technology service provider facilitating transactions between users and Creators.

2.3 WeConectus is not a party to transactions between users and Creators beyond providing payment processing infrastructure.

3. Tips

3.1 A “Tip” is a voluntary payment made by a user to a Creator as a gesture of appreciation.

3.2 Tips are not charitable donations and do not create equity, ownership, employment, or partnership rights.

3.3 Unless required by law, Tips are non-refundable.

3.4 The Platform reserves the right to reverse or withhold Tips in cases of fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or policy violations.

4. Digital Product Sales

4.1 Creators are solely responsible for the digital files, content, services, or products they offer.

4.2 Creators represent and warrant that they:

• Own or have proper licensing rights to all content sold or distributed.

• Do not infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.3 WeConectus does not guarantee product performance, quality, or legality of Creator offerings.

5. Fees & Payment Processing

5.1 The Platform may charge a service fee %5 or commission as disclosed on the website.

5.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By enabling monetization, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.

5.3 WeConectus is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

6. Taxes

6.1 Creators are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes related to income earned through the Platform.

6.2 WeConectus does not provide tax advice and may issue tax reporting forms where legally required.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Creators may not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.

• Sell illegal, stolen, or infringing content.

• Use monetization features for unlawful activity.

• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension, forfeiture of funds, or termination of account access.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

8.1 In the event of chargebacks or payment disputes, WeConectus reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount, including associated fees, from the Creator’s balance.

8.2 The Platform may temporarily withhold payouts during investigation of suspicious activity.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 WeConectus may suspend or terminate monetization privileges at any time for violation of this Agreement or related policies.

9.2 Upon termination, pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation or compliance review.

9.3 Termination does not relieve the Creator of tax, legal, or refund obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeConectus shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or profits.

• User disputes or refund claims.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Platform’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees collected from the Creator in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Indemnification

The Creator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeConectus and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Creator content or digital products.

• Violation of this Agreement.

• Breach of intellectual property rights.

• Violation of applicable laws.

12. Modifications

WeConectus reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of monetization features constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding monetization services.

By enabling monetization features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Monetization Agreement.
